GSO vs MCT

I recently placed an order with Colonial labs and forgot to specify MCT and received GSO (my fault). I’m looking for the most pip friendly oil. Is there much of a difference between GSO and MCT?

I’ve seen many saying they prefer MCT but given that I now have GSO I’m curious how much of a difference it really makes.

@OldBenkenobi try it out and see for yourself. maybe you will like the GSO better than MCT, maybe you won’t even notice a difference. It’s really just personal preference and what works for you. I haven’t had issues with either carrier oil. Currently use GSO.

@OldBenkenobi it really makes no difference. GSO is thicker so it pins a bit slower but if you warm it…it pins just as quickly as MCT.

I’ve never gotten pip from either.

I’m allergic to GSO. Or its just to thick for me, I’ve never warmed it so I’m unsure. MCT and CSO has never caused any issues.

@MikeAlstott just started with warmed GSO and it’s surprisingly smooth with little to no pip. Still struggling to properly find the ventroglute though. I was upset that I forgot to specify MCT and got GSO but now I’m not to concerned given how easy it’s been. I’ll give MCT a go next time. Thanks!

@OldBenkenobi here’s a trick for finding ventro. Put your finger at the very top of your ass where your ass crack turns to your back. Now run your finger straight from that location towards your groin in a straight line. When you get to your side you’ll have touched your ventro. Confirm this by standing straight with your hand on this location and raising your leg outwards….You’ll feel the muscle tighten. Boom that’s your pinning location.

I really prefer ventro because there are no nerves at all in that location and it is lean enough even at 15-20%bf to pin with an insulin syringe.

Good luck man

I am definitely allergic to gso. I found this out through colonials test. No fault of his or theirs and I obviously didn’t know til I used it. Tried warming the oil and massaging but I’d have massive lump about 24hours post injection. Mind you I was only using 125mg at a time.

I prefer CSO, but MCT is good too.
