Gyno?

I’ve been running Test E 600mg, NPP 300mg and Mast E 400mg a week. Pinning 3X a week, Mon/Wed/Fri. I’m also taking P5P 300mg a day and Adex .5 on pin days right now. The Adex is based on bloodwork taken prior the start of the blast. I was taking Test E 200mg a week and Estro was 56. I’m only 2 and half weeks into this blast and I’m sore in the area of my right nipple. It almost feels like muscle soreness though, not really sensitive or itchy, I can’t feel any kind of hard lumps or anything. I can’t really say that visually it looks any different. I hadn’t really planned on ordering bloodwork again this soon into the blast. But I may have to now.
For those who have dealt with gyno, does that “muscle soreness “ feeling sound right? I certainly wouldn’t have thought it would come on that fast in a blast but everyone is different, so maybe. Ive had one gyno incident and that was 15 years ago so I don’t even remember what that felt like. Any insight is appreciated.

I wouldn't describe it as soreness, but rather as sensitivity. I notice it when my partner lays on me, I notice that if she accidentally touches my nipple, it's somewhat painful/uncomfortable and always forces me to adjust herself. I suggest scheduling a blood test in 2 weeks and considering adjusting your adex dosage to maybe 0.75 on the days you draw blood, to see if the sensitivity diminishes by the time you get the results. However, it might be a good idea to wait for the blood test confirmation since you're uncertain about the cause and haven't felt any lumps.

I was on trt at 250mg and my estrogen came back at 56... No shit check out my blood work review for BioPharmUSA. I upped my shit to 630 and front-loaded another 300. Sure as shit 10 days in I have a sore left nipple. For sure gyno starting and I never had that shit before. Granted I'm about 4% more BF than I have been.

I treated mine the following and this is Day 3 and its almost gone.

Day 1
25mg Aromasin in the morning around 4am
Nolvadex 20mg around 10am
Raloxifene 60mg around 10am
12.5mg Aromasin at 6pm

Day 2
120mg Raloxifene 6am
20mg Nolvadex 6am

Day 3
120mg Raloxifene 6am
40mg Nolvadec 6am
12.5mg Aromasin 10am

Shit is almost gone now. There is only 1 more day left and I'll just do Raoxifene and Nolvadex. Will taper that down over the weekend.

My symptoms are sore tissue underneath. Im probably overkilling this shit but I could care less. I'd I can get my estrogen back up from test and HCG if needed.

Tbh sounds like gyno. I’d start taking counter measures before it gets worse and noticeable. Increase your adex by .25

You’re good without Ralox. I find ralox more for when gyno is already present and you want to decrease it size. It worked wonders for me in that aspect. Since you stated you have no lumps nolva and ai should do you justice in itself.

You’re good without Ralox. I find ralox more for when gyno is already present and you want to decrease it size. It worked wonders for me in that aspect. Since you stated you have no lumps nolva and ai should do you justice in itself.

I think I’ll switch from Adex to Asin though. I read somewhere that Nolva can reduce the effectiveness of Adex

I do agree the raloxifene isn't a must. I got my from hunter pharma a source on here. I think the Nolva is doing more.

Gyno starts with a small bead in the nipple, and is extremely painful and sensitive to the touch. Just barely brushing up against it will be extremely painful. You’re more than likely sore from checking your nipples non-stop.

That's not true. Men have different patterns of breast tissue. It can be a general growth or can be a lump. It is 100% gyno.

I have a fatty chest naturally and even feel some irritation between my lats and armpit as far as sensitive tissue. It's not just a lump although once my calms down there is a pea-sized lump.

You are describing PseudoGynecomastia. Not traditional Gynecomastia.

This. Couldn't even sleep on a certain side because one nipple was so fucking bad at one point and the other one was fine. Also nipples can be super uneven depending on the time of day and go like o_0 then shrink back to as hormones fluctuate.

It’s definitely not that sensitive, just tender and sore feeling. Not the actual nipple either, just the area behind and around it. Either way I ordered bloodwork this morning for next week. Checking Estro and Prolactin due to the NPP

My Estro came back at 76. While waiting for the results a lump did develop under the right nipple. I switched to Aromasin and Ralox , started with a couple days at 25mg of Aromasin and 120mg of Ralox. After a few days I lowered the Aromasin to 12.5 Ed for a week then lowered it to 12.5 3X a week which is the dose it’s at now. The Ralox has been at 60mg ed after the initial few days.
The lump has definitely shrank and the soreness is mostly gone. There is still SOME soreness though. My question is, has anyone else had a slight soreness still persist after starting Ralox? I’m having my E2 checked again in a couple weeks just to reassess my AI dose but the persistent soreness is a little concerning to me. Any insight is appreciated

I’ll find out with the next blood test but it certainly doesn’t seem like it. Dick still works, no joint pain, no more fatigue or tiredness than normal, no real symptoms of a crash really.
Have you found Nolva to be better than Ralox?

It could still be sore from you constantly rubbing it & checking it. I see this all the time in clients. Take a break from touching it for a few days.
