Harm Reduction on Tren Cycle?

In terms of dosage, ester, and controlling negative effects, what would be the "safest" way to run this compound?

Easiest way is to not use it lol. But we all take risks with each needle so if you are set on tren, start with tren ace, 100mg/wk. Work up the dose if you want, but using more than 200/250 a week is unnecessary unless you're godly big on a cut

I forgot if it was vigorous Steve or the anabolic doc, maybe it was Dr James on YouTube that listed a bunch of supplements to take when on tren.

The list was long from way I remember. Definitely would cost more than any cycle I ever did.
