Hey guys just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar symptoms to what I am having. I have used gear for about 19 years now and have never felt the way I am currently feeling! I took about 4 months off and ever since I started back I have been feeling this way. I’ve been on for about 6 weeks now.

No appetite. It’s hard to eat anything and usually I can easily consume 4,000 calories any given day. I’m trying to follow macros at 3,800 calories at 50/30/20 but it’s almost impossible to get even half of my food in due to no appetite. It feels like it’s up to my throat and if I bend over I’m going to puke it out.

Chronic heartburn daily and I’ve never suffered from heartburn. I dropped all orals on Feb 23 (dbol and Cialis) and the heartburn seemed to subside but not completely.

Sex drive is still up. Some night sweats but not my typical tren night sweats of usually waking up and drying off with a towel and changing bedding.

Stats:
5’9
190lbs.
38 years old.

Current Stack:
250mg Test E split Monday/ Thursday.
100mg Tren A. Ed
75mg Var. daily (just started March 4th)
250mg Tudca every night.

I tried to take the Cialis again on March 11th and woke up with terrible heartburn. Could this have been to culprit?

I’m so desperate to get my appetite back and begin feeling normal again. Any advice from you experienced guys would be really appreciated!

Var kills my appetite secondary to indigestion. Tren does a number on my stomach if I hop on it after a while off

Try to supplement glutamine daily - see if that helps you. What’s your protein intake ? Feel free to hit me up on wickr too for faster responses, busy today and not at home.

Tren causes heartburn in a good bit of people. It will pull amino acids from anywhere it can - including the stomach lining which is composed of a significant amount of glutamine. This can also kill appetite. Start at 20g a day and see if symptoms improve. Do this understanding that recommended doses for treating GERD is somewhere between 1g and 3500mg 1 to 3 times a day. I’d do 20g divided into 2 to 3 doses. Then tittrate dose down accordingly until you find your happy place. It could be liver related but assuming you get regular blood work (?) I wouldn’t worry about that just yet.

Thanks for all the feedback guys! I’ll start with trying the glutamine at 20g/day and see if it improves. I’ve been taking tren for so long and never experienced these sides but at this point I don’t know what else could be causing it.
Protein intake is around 250-300g but I feel like I’m about to explode after every meal. Not normal!
Some days I can only eat 150g.

I’ve had patients with liver issues that have a ravenous appetite but they can’t keep anything down / nausea kills them when they do eat and I’ve had patients with liver issues that couldn’t stand the sight of food. However, glutamine first ! Let’s start there and see what happens for you . Give it a solid week.

Its the cialis %100. Ive been on tren ace and test for a long time now and everytime i take a cialis i lose my appetite and get bad heartburn and its like a stuck burp/puke feeling. Usually it is worse the day after taking cialis. Viagra does the same thing but it doesn’t last as long.

Actually Cialis does that too me a bit… I feel like there is more acid in my stomach. I usually just take the full 20mg dose but I should have broken it in half.

I dropped the Cialis completely, started taking 20g of glutamine split twice a day. I definitely feel
Better and my appetite has picked up! I’m waiting on bloods to come back. I will keep you posted.
Thanks again guys!
