Heart skipping beats. Does my reasoning make sense?

So my heart has always skipped beats every so often. Had tons of tests done. Doc said everything is normal and basically it was the anthrax vaccine that caused it.
Current blast is Test P Tren A Mast P.
Done this cycle many times before no issues with estrogen or prolactin. This time I am though. So I started 12.5 Asin EOD. (Too much?) To combat estrogen since I’m not lactating. My reasoning for the skipping is the AI is lowering my estrogen and causing the skips as my body gets used to it. Or it’s the actual AI itself causing it. It wasn’t happening prior to the AI. So that narrows it down to the AI. Anyone else have this happen? Should I switch AIs? It seems to have calmed down today. It’s been a week on the AI.
I realize no one is a doc here. Not looking for medical advice as I’ve been to the Docs and my heart is normal. Had multiple tests done. So I’m thinking it’s just hormonal…the estrogen being lowered. I know I was having issues with estrogen because I was having dick issues, BP issues and nips were painful…which have all been fixed with the Asin.

I had to stop taking Adex because it felt like I could feel every heart beet in my chest. It made me very uncomfortable. I use Asin now but with it’s half-life you only need it every 3 to 4 in my opinion.

Exemestane’s half life in the male body is actually very short (~9 hours) and it is quickly eliminated, however, since as soon as it enters your bloodstream it quickly destroys 80-90% of the aromatase enzymes present in your body, it is effective in maintaining significant reductions in estrogen for up to 72 hours after a single 25mg dose. Estrogen levels only begin to rise again after your body has begun to make new aromatase enzymes to replace the ones destroyed by exemestane.

-24 hours after one 25mg dose estrogen levels are reduced by 70-80%
-72 hours later estrogen levels are still 40% below baseline even though the drug itself is almost completely eliminated
-120 hours after initial dose estrogen levels return to baseline (without rebounding)

Ah thanks! I didn’t know that. I was only going off of the half life. Hence the EOD dose. So I will extend the dosage of the Asin to 2 times a week and see what happens. I guess I could let it go and see when I start to feel the sides of high E again and then base my dosage off of that. I’ve never had to take an AI before. Ever. So this is the first time I’ve felt the effects of an AI. And the skips started right after I started the AI like I said. So it has to be that. I’m probably just taking too much of it. Which rapidly dropped my E levels and my body is freaking out.

So if anyone is following this thread. I just did a Google search and it seems a common side effect of AIs for some people (women taking them for breast cancer. Couldn’t find anything related to gear) is heart palpitations or skipped beats. There’s a ton of forum posts saying while taking any of the popular AIs people are having skipped beats. So there is my Answer. It’s the AI itself. I’m gonna try and switch to Adex and see if that one does the same thing.

Anyone else have any skipped beats issued with AIs? I certainly can’t be the only one…maybe I’m just taking it too often. I’m gonna let it run out of my system and then take once a week.

In my experience I’ve only ever had issues when my estro levels are too low, whether it’s adex or Asin. I think the key is to use the ai that you can most effectively dial in and control your levels. I’ve really had to change my protocol when I include mast in my cycles because it really takes lowers the amount of ai I need. For example,
I can run up to 1.5 grams of test with 700mg tren/700mg mast and only need 0.5mg adex and 0.5mg caber every 3 days. Obviously it’s all individual but I learned the hard way crashing my estro for years running to much ai and had frequent uncomfortable heart issues including the skips, bad palpitations, and even high bp. These days I always run my ai on the lower side and have felt much better

Ok so anyone that may have been interested in this. I had not taken the Asin for 5 days and my heart calmed down completely. I took a 12.5mg dose today and I’m good so far. So it was the Asin causing it. Or a bottomed out my E. But either way that’s what was causing it.

Stop takin the asin if you’re getting negative sides. Just stop.
Yea I did. For 5 days and the skipping went away. Did u read the thread? (Don’t mean that in a smart ass way lol) I thought I was taking it too much. Was taking it EOD. So I stopped until the skipping stopped. And took a dose yesterday. And it skipped some last night. But today I feel fine. I’m gonna try and wait another 4 or 5 days and take it again. If it does it again. I’ll try Adex. I’ve never had to take an AI before and have many cycles under my belt so this stuff is new to me.

My point to the thread was to Try and get opinions on if it’s the Asin…if people have had the same issue with Asin…or it is just the rapid drop if estrogen levels causing It.

Too much AI’s give me extreme lethargy, heavy heart beats and raises my BP. AI’s are powerful drugs and should only be used when you’re noticing negative side effects of high estrogen. Always start with a low dose and work your way up because it’s easier to deal with high E2 than low E2.
