I finished 4 weeks ago a tren cycle of 12 weeks. How long do I need to wait to start a new cycle? I’m thinking on doing NPP.

Are you still in PCT and/or how long is it? Cycle length + PCT length off between cycles seems like the go to recovery length.

Time on = time off. Ask lo by ad you pct right, eat right, sleep right, and train right, you will lose minimal for coming off 3 months.
