Help interpretting new lab results? Taking T Cypionate

Feeling fatigue and trouble concentrating on T Cypionate. Here’s my lab results

Taking 120mg of T Cypionate split between Mon/Thurs.

I like where I’m at for total and free t, but estrogen seems too high.

Also checked for pregnenalone and DHEA-S levels.
Do they seem too low? Should I be on HCG or a short-term low dose of an AI?

Dude. Your fine imo. Your estrodial may be high but u any feelings u got r in your head. Or eat a donut. Take a nap. It aint the T or the E.

Man your bloods look GOOD. You’re not gonna feel like superman every day. Your E2 is barely high and nothing to worry about.

What would be a good protocol to follow based on my bloods? I take 120mg of T Cypionate split Mon/Thurs.
