"I would definitely get blood work and see where you're at. I think this "don't touch ai" and "you'll crash your estrogen" are just tossed around too much. Start with a low dose for a week and see how you feel."
I completely agree, I only interject because I think I can add something worth value here, and that is to say that
@Fnomegucker , I wanted to remind you that everyone is different and we all respond differently to an AI, so the secret is figuring out what works best for you. I subscribe to the theory that you should research your question, and try everything that sounds reasonable and safe at least once to determine which method works best for your particular case. Bloodwork will be your best friend in this trial period. Many of the things that are posted as "fact" are simply what works for that particular person and they will defend their position to the bitter end, and why not? It clearly works for them so it must be true, yeah? Unfortunately that is not always the case. So accept advice with a grain of salt and if it's not dangerous, try it, and if nothing works for you then perhaps you'll find a variable to one of the pieces of advice that does and you can help those that come walking in your footsteps.
