Help with bloodwork / cant stay hard during sex

I’m currently running 500 mg/week of Test E from the old Versace Labs. Blood work at Week 7 put me around 2400 ng/dL. E2 was at 41 pg/mL. I was using pharm grade Aden at .5 mg eod and I was having pretty significant water retention and sensitivity in the nipples so I ordered more and bumped it to 1 mg eod. It was around that time where my libido went down, my girlfriend went from loving our sex life (sex every day, some days multiple times) her roommates in her sorority all kept asking why we had sex all the time after dating for so long. Well, that went away when I bumped the ADEX up. The water retention remained and the sensitivity would be off and on. I then dropped the AI all together. After about 3 days I began to wake up with a boner again and started feeling less tired throughout the day. After 7 days we were back to how it was just a few weeks prior.

TL,DR : Nuked my estrogen, stopped using AI and my sex drive came back with a vengeance
