I did a run of HGH for about 5 months last year, changed the protocol a few times but ended doing 2ius daily - but never really "felt" anything. I stopped taking it when work got crazy and wasn't able to get in the gym as often. Felt like I was wasting it.
Then about a month and a half ago I started taking it again. I started off with 1iu MWF, then went to 2ius MWF, now I am doing 2ius M-F and as of last week the joint pain has been almost unbearable at times. My elbows, neck, ankles, and mid back all feel incredibly stiff and painful to really do anything. I plan on dropping the dosage back down to 2ius MWF again to see if it subsides, but are there any other reccomendations?
