I started taking 2ius of HGH every morning starting on 7/16. I assume it hasn't been enough time yet, but I feel MORE sore the days after training since starting it. Should I expect the recovery to improve over the upcoming weeks/months?
What's the upper limit without having to do insulin? I have diabetes on both sides of my family and I don't want to risk becoming diabetic.@TRT37BEEF Too soon for sure. I didn't start noticing the effects on recovery and overall look until months 2.5-3, running 3.5ius. I've heard people say it doesn't hit fully until month 6+so def plan for the long haul. I believe 2ius is more of an anti-aging dose but give it time.

2uis is a lower dose and will take a very long time to "kick in" for lack of better word. Sit tight! This is definitely just a placebo you're feeling my friend.I started taking 2ius of HGH every morning starting on 7/16. it doesn't take a long time to kick in ( I know that isn't what you were truly saying as you put it in quotes) but yes for the uninitiated ( as Bane put it ) it will take a while to notice the gh doing its work.2uis is a lower dose and will take a very long time to "kick in" for lack of better word. I would say yes, with typical Chinese grade hgh I personally would do no less then 5 iu daily but what I've heard with that pharma GH you only need 1 to 2 iu to get the effects you may be after. Again this is only what I've heard as my pockets are not deep enough to go for the pharma grade hgh. This is generic HGH we are talking about correct? Not pharma grade?
