Hgh cholesterol and blood sugar questions

Hello Ive been on gh since March.

Was just wondering if someone could give an opinion on these two lab results. And if hgh plays any role in either. It must with blood glucose because that reading is outstanding I think. Im normally in the low 90s. But my cholesterol seems not great.

Blood Glucose: 88

Here is how my cholesterol breaks down.

Total: 219
Triglycerides: 78
HDL: 54
LDL: 149
Non Hdl: 164

So cholesterol is on the high side but im wondering is this a product of HGH in any way or is this me not taking good enough care of myself diet etc. Im 51 and I dont drink alcohol.

Thanks for your help.

What is your GH dose at?

If you’re normally in the low 90s, 88 isn’t that far from it but low 90s without GH is pretty high.

if your GH dosage is at like 3IU or below I wouldn’t say it would have a huge impact on your blood glucose, diet would play a larger role.

The only thing high on your cholesterol seems to be your LDL. Could be diet related or due to whatever gear you’re running or just came off of. A lot of factors, if you post up your diet and whatever you’re on people would probably be able to more easily pinpoint the causes.

2.5 to 3iu is my typical dose. Diet is not great. Exercise isnt as good as it normally is either. Job is sit all day and stare at screen while work from home. Im 5’8 and over 220. I walk when i can but trying to jog i end up tightening up in my achiles area and have to stop prior to a mile. No other gear just gh. Not lifting due to gym restrictions and travel.

Im off and on between several different kinds of gh including lately omnitrope, humatrope and norditropin and qoneq blue aquas. Wanted to get my igf-1 checked but the doc brushed that off and she wouldnt prescribe me any hgh either. Which sucks. Really need a lower glycemic diet and more cardio.

The good news is your HDL is on the higher side so thats what will fight the plack from the high LDL but do not let it go. Its the first stages of what can turn into heart disease. change your diet and get in the gym. HGH will definitely raise blood glucose levels and as a result also can raise your LDL. Believe it or not Insulin plays a major roll in keeping us healthy while running HGH. I suggest getting a good glucose disposal agent . some guys use metphormin. Im not a fan . I use Berberine works very good or Insuline even better by Metabolic Nutrition. maybe stop the hgh temporarily to get things under control then once you do you can start again taking the proper supplements and taking the proper precautions . Unfortunately all magic comes with a price. Hope this helps

Thanks here i was thinking 88 was a good blood sugar level. Ok so regarding berberine I really like this product here:

He has some other stuff ive done very well with including his cortigon which has helped me immensely. And helps me focus big time.

Trying to cut out soda and maybe intermittent fast once in awhile too. Getting more cardio consistently will help.

Thanks for the responses.
