I won't have another surgery without it. I've had to have both distal bicep tendons reattached. At 12 weeks after my first repair I was still carefully extending my arm fully but it was a full 5-6 months before I was fully recovered.

My second repair (other arm) I was able to extend my arm fully less than 2 weeks post op (Scared myself shitless when I woke up to my arm at my side after falling asleep without my brace) and I was fully recovered after 4-6 weeks but was still careful with it for the full 12 weeks. Bought a 100iu kit and ran 5iu a day until I was out.

I haven't gotten surgery and I'm not sure about HGH but I've been running BPC 157 and TB 500 for the past week and I don't know maybe it's a placebo, but I can tell him I'm extremely noticeable decrease in pain after using these.

Wasn't anything that you would notice happening. Just...happened. If that makes sense. Just speeding up those recovery processes and all things GH is involved in happening more and faster because there's much more available. Especially if you're starting to get some age on you. Age is a priviledge but it's also a pain.
