I have a problem in my hip that continues to flare up weekly as I continue my powerlifting prep. I’m running bpc at 200mg 2x a day to heal the area, but I’ve thought about adding HGH in order to try to heal it more effectively and stop it from flaring, as well as just generally benefiting from running it. Would adding 2-4 ius a day be effective for that? Does it take awhile to start being effective?
