HGH metformin KETO extremely low Blood Sugar 49ng/dl

So, I have been on a keto diet for about 6 months now. Fasting glucose usually between 85-100.

Started HGH at 3iu a day about 5 days ago. Past couple days I have been feeling slightly moody so I measured blood sugar. Yesterday it was around 70. Today I got 62…and then a 49!

30 mins after 15g of carbs it was 99. 20 mins after that back down to 93. Are my muscles just sucking up the sugar? Does such a low blood sugar mean I can go over 20g carbs a day and still be in ketosis? I only experience hypoglycemia with super powerful steroids ie. tren/superdrol. And now HGH, I was shaking and ears ringing 2 nights ago and had to slam carbs to get it up to stop. That was first and last time I injected HGH I.m and it came on about 2-3 hours after I injected the 2 iu hgh. Weird.

I know ketosis changes the need for blood sugar. My only symptoms are VERY angry(Hangry lol). I had to eat like 10-15g in carbs in the form of a protein bar (not counting fiber) and I now read 99 about 30 mins after consuming that and a 4g Dextrose tablet. I also take 500mg metformin XR with my first meal each day. Is the HGH allowing my blood sugar to drop so low? And yes I know overall HGH raises blood sugar but in the short term it actually lowers it aswell as lowering fasting glucose.

I notice that consuming things like MIO or other artificial sweeteners seem to make me more hungry/mimic slight hypoglycemia

At a 49 blood sugar most people would be in a coma. thoughts?

Stack:
175mg Test/week
25mcg t3 100mcg t4
Hgh SubQ 2-3iu/day
20-30mg Anavar/day
500mg Metformin XR daily

Let’s just say Goodlyfe’s HGH is g2g lmao!

Physique 175lbs 5’10”

I believe I’ve read that metformin does send everything to muscles… I can’t recall hgh… I think you need more carbs personally…I k ow there’s guys on here that know exactly what’s going and will most likely be able to give you a breakdown.on what it is, why it is, and how to correct it… good luck man… nice physique. Some days I regret building mass …

Haha ya I am gonna stick with the metformin and my body is adjusting slowly but surely to the lower carbs. Bought a few bags of lays potato chips 160 calories and 15g carbs really is perfect for a more complex carb source. I do the nutrional ketosis for allergies/auto immune issues or is up them further

After I get to like 6-7% BF I’m gonna be doing a huge cycle and eating only like 3300 cals and slowly up it instead of my usual 4-5000 bulk

@Jpegpecker so you havee to do keto more or less…hope all works out. I believe I’ve read somewhere they were saying carbs/simple sugars are important for metformin and hgh cycles… I believe they both mess with insulin sensitivity.

Looks to me like you could use more carbs
Definitely. Going to stop the metformin it just limits my blood sugar. 75 grams of carbs simple and complex and I was back to like a 89 after an hour with a max of like 103 or some shit…insane. Too bad cuz it really limited my hunger cravings but last night I decided to binge on like 400g carbs and burgers etc and woke up today flat as shit still…time to inject some superdrol lmao

I’ll start by taking out metformin. Only on 500mg but about a year ago when I tried it same thing after about a month I just became tired and flat and had blood sugar issues despite not even being keto.
My A1C is 5.0 and average blood sugar is 97 measured on that test so I don’t really even need it as I’m pretty insulin sensitive

@Jpegpecker just the feeling, guess I shouldn’t say hypo without actually checking my blood sugar lol. But I will get confused and lightheaded and weak, my hands will start to shake, dizziness kicks in. Sometimes it’s a scary feeling
