HGH or IGF1 LR3

This might be kind of a dumb question but I can't really seem to find any good info on this. I'm starting to look into possibly making a jump into the HGH waters. I've noticed though that a lot of sources carry IGF1 LR3 also. Is IGF1 commonly used along with HGH or is it something completely different to be ran separately? Id assume that using IGF1 LR3 would raise IGF1 serum levels just like HGH does. I'm probably over complicating and over thinking the subject but I'd like to understand the different compounds available like with anything else in this realm before dipping my toes in.
