HGH or peptide

Hey fellas. If one were interested in something to help for sleep and general health, would you look at 1) low dose HGH, 2) peptide(s) or 3) something else altogether?

I’ve been considering adding 2-4iu of HGH for a little while now (I’m almost 40). Some peptides are interesting but I’m not well versed enough to know with the plethora of options there. So I need to educate myself a decent bit before plunging there.

Anyways, improving sleep quality would probably do more for my general health than anything right now I wanted to read your thoughts on that. Thanks guys.

Hey man. I would say go with HGH. It’ll help with sleep, tighter and clearer skin, and even with that little pouch on your stomach. 2-4 IUs would be the ideal dose for someone in your shoes. I use our GH and prescribed GH from the doctor currently. I’m dosing at 10-20ius a day but I’m fucking eccentric

HGH. You had a good idea initially; 2-4iu/day is just right.

Most people that buy peptides are people who want to get the benefits of HGH without having to spend $100+/month on real HGH. If price is no issue for you, then normal HGH is the best.

Peptides can be useful, but the whole point of them (usually) is isolating some specific benefit that HGH provides and then trying to cause that. Peptides to HGH is similar to pro-hormones and AAS; why take something that is less understood (not naturally occurring) and tries to simulate the effect of the real thing instead of just taking the real thing?

That being said, HGH would likely have more sides than lots of peptides. On a low general health dose, a lot of the sides would be minimal (like organ growth is unlikely), but I would definitely do your research. Off the top of my head, a very common side people refer to on that dose is tingling extremities and going hypo.

Thanks man! 10-20?!? That’s way more than I was thinking lol. If going the HGH route, I’d probably do 2 iu first thing in the am and 2 iu prior to bed. But hey, I might dabble one day if I have money to burn lol. Thanks again.
