Hey fellas. If one were interested in something to help for sleep and general health, would you look at 1) low dose HGH, 2) peptide(s) or 3) something else altogether?
I’ve been considering adding 2-4iu of HGH for a little while now (I’m almost 40). Some peptides are interesting but I’m not well versed enough to know with the plethora of options there. So I need to educate myself a decent bit before plunging there.
Anyways, improving sleep quality would probably do more for my general health than anything right now I wanted to read your thoughts on that. Thanks guys.
