HGH Questions

Okay HGH gurus I need some help. There doesn’t seem to be a solid place to get info on for HGH, so if anyone can suggest an article or website that’d be great. Every time I try and do some research I find information that is geared more towards those with low GH to begin with. So with that said, I do have a few questions.
When you buy a kit, do you reconstitute it all at one time and throw it in the fridge? Or just one vial at a time. I’m starting out at 5IU a day so 1 vial every 2 days.
Also how sensitive is the HGH to breaking down if there’s too much pressure when reconstituting? I used a 23g to push the bac water and it didnt push as slow as I wanted.
Any other general advice would be great. Thanks in advanced.

You can recon as you go 1 vial at a time. It’s sensitive to you like shaking the shit out of it, but I’ve been told something like a motorcycle ride wouldn’t damage it so just don’t be ridiculous I think. I’m no expert, though.

One vial at a time. Hold syringe plunger as to not let the water hit the wafer directly, let it trickle down the side of the vial. Be patient! Once all of the water is in the vial, lightly swirl to mix. (DONT SHAKE!) keep in frig.

Use an insulin syringe. It will draw bac water easy. There’s no viscosity . So much easy and better for the process.

I always kept in frig just to be safe but I don’t think you have to until water is added.

Should all kits be refrigerated before reconstitution as well?
No it shouldn’t be. I know that much because it’s still a powder.

Sounds good. Definitely will next time to recon.
