Years back when I started training, I was morbidly obese weighing in at 250lbs at just under 6 foot. I starved myself on 1k-1.5k calories for a year and dieted down to 165. This was many years ago and I am now around 225 with lots of loose skin left. I thought by gaining that much weight it wouldn’t be as noticeable, but it is still horrible especially in my core, chest, and back. It does not sag like it used to, but I can pull thin layers of skin out roughly 3-4 inches. Does anyone have any firsthand experience or knowledge of the effects of GH and its skin tightening abilities? I’ve been BnC for 2.5 years now. Any input is greatly appreciated.
