I personally do it just to keep all my HGH in one place, but no it is not necessary. Only reconstituted HGH needs to be in the fridge.

@“MattMatt93” Matt…if I have 20iu vials coming and want to do just one shot of 4iu, how much BW should I reconstitute with to make it easiest?

@“MattMatt93” Matt…if I have 20iu vials coming and want to do just one shot of 4iu, how much BW should I reconstitute with to make it easiest?

IMO I would reconstitute the 20iu with 2ml of Bac water. on a 1ml syringe every .1 is now 1iu, so .4 on a 1ml syringe would give you 4iu with that math.

Dont use a 3ml pin, use a u100 insulin syringe to reconstitute and to pin.
