For those of you who only do one injection a day, do you prefer morning or night? I originally wanted to do pre-bed but I get home from work late and usually starving(I could fight it off if need be, most important thing is not becoming diabetic. I was thinking first thing in morning and going to the gym and not eating until I finish. What’s been your guys best results/opinions? This will be my first run and starting at 4ius once a day soon(hopefully)…open to 8ius eod after reading some other posts

From what I have read, there are multiple ways to dose GH but it all seems to come down what works for you. The main thing that i have read and people agree on is to try and be in a fasted state when pinning and then continue to be in a fasted state a short while after the pin. I personally take my 4iu all at once among waking up before the gym 5:30am ish. People say it may be optimal to split up morning and night but i am not out here tying to be Mr. Olympia so I do what works for me to be compatible with my life.

According to Broderick Chavez, if you want to use the GH primarily for anabolism, take it before bed. If you want to use it primarily to aid with fat loss or minimize fat gain, first thing in the morning.

Are you lethargic during the day after taking it? How have your results been?

I’ve been on for a little over 5 months now, 4iu Ed for the past 2.5 months (first 3 months was 2-3iu ed). I wish I could give you a straight answer but I am on quite a few different compounds of AAS it is hard to tell what is doing what. I would say that the fat loss seems to be coming along at an added rate but that could be due to the tren or the strict diet. Only sides that I have felt that would be a result from using GH is slight water retention at times but dandelion root and tren took care of that and occasionally numbness of the hands. Not lethargic.

I go by what i’ve learned from Jordan Peters and Dr. Scott Stevenson. peri workout GH. I know phil vi also has alot of guys doing that as well.

so if you did 4iu a day for instance, you’d do 4iu pre and 4 iu post, recommended taking both doses with insulin

I’m not on slin right now but yeah I’d do preWO with 8-10iu log or humulin R and also postWO with log

make sure the insulin matches the carbs, dont necessarily up the carbs to feed the insulin. seen alot of guys learn that the hard way

can you elaborate? one decides carb amount pre- & pwo based on general TDEE/carb allowance and matches insulin to this?

thats what I was always taught. I’ve seen alot of people have set insulin dosages in their heads that they “have to” use but in my thought process, it depends on your needs and the drugs maximize those needs.
