Hey all,
I’m about 3 weeks into running 60mg of raloxifene a day, to attempt to reverse preexisting gyno from puberty.
All is going well and it seems to actually be working, however I have been noticing my BP is either right below or at the hypertension range. (It was previously in the normal range).
I am incorporating more HIIT into my cardio, I have been limiting sodium, supplementing potassium, as well as making sure to stay hydrated. Collectively these changes only brought me down about 4-5 mmHG.
Has anyone ever experienced this before on ralox, or does anyone know how to mitigate this?
Thanks,
R3D
