High concentrations are definitely more prone to PIP.
Let’s say (just as an example) it takes your body 24hrs to absorb 1ml of MCT oil and 100mg of NPP..
Using NPP 100mg- your body will absorb them at the same rate = no pain.
Using NPP 200mg- with that same 1ml, the oil is absorbed faster, leaving 100mg crystallized in the injection area = pain.
EDIT: this is why water based injectables are more prone to PIP. The body absorbs the water faster than oil.
To answer your question- it would depend on the rate that your body is absorbing the other compounds vs the oil.
It may make it better, could make it worse.
We get a lot of “complaints” (I use that term loosely because typically the customer knew what they were getting into when they purchased it) on our Test E (500). We’re debating if we should just discontinue the 500mg and maybe do a 400mg concentration instead. I certainly need to add a warning in the description of the website.
I don’t really hear many complaints about the PIP on other high concentration compounds, though. With that being said, they’re still more prone to PIP in comparison to the lower concentrations.
If it’s something you’re concerned about, you could always purchase some sterile oil to dilute it just in case you can’t handle it.
Or you could just be a man and lift through the pain.
