High dose test c no AL?

If I’m not seeing estrogenic sides on 375 mg of test cyp is it still recommended to take an ai? Or just not take any and if I feel sides comeing I’ll start the aromasin?

Go by what your bloodwork says, not everyone aromatizes the same rate.

I rarely take an AI and if needed (according to bloodwork) I'll dose half once or twice a month.

highly doubt you need AI on that
if ur nipples get super sensitive take some
otherwise youre fine

get bloodwork buddy before you tax your health with an ai. they arent sides free either. if yours fine with the cycle and have no ed issues or emotional issues and bp is okay dont run an ai.

the ratio is 30-50:1 test to e2. if youre in that range no matter what the levels are, youre "okay"

I keep an AI on hand for every cycle. I used it once and felt like garbage. So I have it just in case. I’ve gone up to 750mg and have not taken it. Everyone aromatizes differently. So either get your blood work done or be prepared for some trial and error on yourself.

Fine up to 2000mg test, and a 10000ng/gl and no AI. Can find that in the blood work section from me. Also my Estrogen was on the lower side I think .

Go by symptoms not your blood work. High estrogen is fine, even very beneficial when you have high amounts of test or androgens in your system. if you don't need it then don't take it
