High glucose?

On my mid cycle blood work, my fasting glucose was 119. I'm not sure I've ever tested it before so I don't know if it's a pre existing problem. I'll probably get it checked again to see if it was a one off thing, but what can I do to bring it down?

You need to get your A1C checked for a 3 month average of glucose in system. A glucose test is just a snap shot in time and can be caused by many reasons. One being the dawn phenomenon. Your liver will release glucose so you have energy when you wake up.

Are you taking GH?

Eat less carbs/sugars or make sure you are eating them with protein to slow down absorption rate.

I'm not taking GH. Since starting this cycle I'm eating more than ever so my body is probably a little out of whack. Another thing I heard just last night is vaping can raise sugar levels because they are basically sugar straight to the dome. I'm not sure how true that is, but I was probably vaping walking into the test. So you're saying get it tested for 3 months or an A1C is a test of 3 month average?
