Hit a nerve for first time...

Been pinning for 3 years, never once hit a nerve. Was hitting a tricep earlier and all of a sudden, my entire arm from shoulder down to finger tips was on fire and burned for about 5 minutes straight. I was scared but thankfully it went away.

Arm feels fine now. For anyone who experienced this, is my arm gonna be sore or feel painful tomorrow? Didn’t know if there was delayed pain like pip after hitting a nerve.

I hit a nerve on monday for the first time in almost 2 years in my quad. That day it was just like a mild pip I’ve had before, but by the end of monday I couldn’t walk. I had to sit tuesday out for back because I physically couldn’t rotate my leg, so form would have been dick. Today was like it never even happened. I hit my sciatic nerve and I’ve got metal in my hip so I think I might have maybe aggravated some shit but otherwise just expect for it to be some residual pain, but like always YMMV.

I’ll hit one once in a while and sometimes it’s only sore for an hour and sometimes its sore for 2 days. Little ice will help tremendously

I’ve hit one in my left quad a few times and it’s never fun. That burning sensation scared the shit out of me the first time it happened, I almost wanted to stop pinning because of it lol

You could lop my fuckin leg off before I quit haha. Really just gets me a little more ready for the end of blast. I just need to open up a few more sites, which probably is gonna happen once my injectable pwo’s land.
