Damn that sucks! I assume you brew? I don't know personally, but what makes them poisonous? These recipes are poisonous.
Mods on vacation or something?
I would like to know also...Damn that sucks! I assume you brew? I don't know personally, but what makes them poisonous?
I apologize if I passed on bad info.. I had saw some ppl were looking for recipes and I posted what I found.. never meant to post anything harmfulNandrolorian - good question.
To summarize, these recipes use solvents that can be toxic to some users, like Ethyl Oleate (EO) and Polysorbate 80.
IMO (and I am an experienced home brewer for personal use only like many members on SST) a safer approach would be to provide recipes using oils that are well tolerated like MCT, and offer less well tolerated solvents as an alternative.
Also, the percentages of BA and BB used are all over the map. This signals that an unsophisticated user is providing info on SST.
I started out reading about steroids on a board called Varix in 1998 and I've been on SST since it was on Reddit. I don't claim to be an expert, but I do have common sense based on experience.
This is a great forum, and I hate to see it littered with crap info like these recipes.
