Homebrew supplies needed with the brake bleeder?

What is exactly needed for the brake bleeder homebrew? Say I wanted to make like 50 vials, 10 for each compound.

Stove/Hotplate?
Bottle Top Filter
Brake Bleeder
Glass GL45 Media Bottle
Syringe for transfering bottle to vial?

Do I need any sterilization techniques if I just buy presealed vials and use a syringe to draw from media vial to actual vial? Thanks!

Foxxlifesciences has the cups,cans, and filters you need. DO NOT use PES filters. Nylon filters only. PES will leave your oils very cloudy the BA and BB break them down.
