Horrible PiP after Test Injection

Holy shit guys,

Injected quads today with .5ml of test-e. Literally .5 in each quad. 5 hours later I can’t walk worth a shit and both areas are swollen. Brand new vial, my quads are not virgin muscles.

Just venting, not name dropping. Any ideas what could cause this?
