How do i know if my ifg1 lr3 is fake?

I bought some from a source on another site. Took it everyday for 2 weeks at 40 mcg and got a igf 1 blood test. Fasted and took a shot 2 hours before the test. My results were 142 which is as normal as it gets. Contacted the guy and he said the igf 1 blood test wont show it or some shit like that. I think its bullshit but wanted to ask if anyone here has a way to test if their igf 1 is real.

Idk man, i would just use HGH, it will increase IGF-1 and can be easily tested as soon as you get your kits.
