Basically just give up giving a fuck. Be who you are. If you are happy with yourself then fuck what anyone else thinks. I have friends, they know me, they accept me for who I am and what flaws I have and what positives I have. I dont give a fuck if people dislike me. Nobody can take anything away from you unless you let them. There are plenty of people who I’m sure dislike me, but it doesnt bother me because they dont affect my life in any way and couldn’t if they wanted to. Be secure in who you are, what you stand for and let the rest of the chips fall where they may.

I’m of the opinion that having 5 ride or die friends is way more satisfying that being “friends” with 200 people.

I keep my circle small so it’s easy for me to have a not give a fuck attitude. All of my friends I’ve had for years and years and I haven’t given a fuck about anyone else’s opinion in a long time. I do my thing and whatever makes me happy. Been in a relationship with the same girl for 6 years, plan on being with her for life. But if she decides to pack up and leave tomorrow, ok. She knows I feel this way too. It won’t change anything besides her not being around any more. I’m not “worried” or think my life would fall apart because the reality is it wouldn’t. She just wouldn’t be in my life and that’s ok.

Think about how many relationships you thought at one point “omg my life would be empty without them” and then a year after you break up or whatever life is normal and your world didnt crumble. Kinda the same idea applied everywhere, you just do you and keep moving forward. Be comfortable with who you are and the decisions you make in life. Not saying be perfect but be willing to stand behind your decisions and why you made them and if you look back and it was a fuck up, admit to it and learn from it.

Maybe I’m just a cold hearted fuck lol but it’s always been easy for me to not give a shit about other people’s opinions.

I’m married top and after 16 yrs of “trying” … I read this book and realized I was trying in all the wrong things… this is my post from his other post and seriously … read this book! It will change your life and marriage!!

If this is serious, assuming it is despite it sounds like your in middle school… your way of thinking about women is wrong. STOP even caring about social media! “I just get so what from guys obsessed with themselves” … said no female EVER! Most things that guys do, until they’ve been in LOTS of relationships os actually the opposite of what girls like which is why you tend to see hot women with pricks… here’s a great start in this book… read it re-read it… “How to be a 3% man” by Corey Wayne. He also has tons of videos but you need the book. He will tell you everything that’s being said here but it’s up to you to have the balls to do it cause it goes against what you have probably been doing your whole life. I grew up with 3 sisters and my mom. Oh age 7 my stepsister moved in with us. It’s fine, woman are fine. You’d be surprised how similar men and women are, the part that is never similar is the expression of any thoughts, feelings/emotions. Men tend to go a different route in this regard, as do women. Everyone knows what they want once they are mature enough to figure it out, women aren’t just “confusing and impossible to understand” lmao. If you have an aesthetic physique you should already be standing out. If I wear a tank top out in public for a day there’s a 50% chance at least one stranger will comment on my appearance.

I have no idea why people think having a nice body won’t get attention from women. I’m not saying it will get every girls attention or that there aren’t better ways to score with girls, but it definitely has a market. Before I had a girlfriend it was easy to put a shirtless picture on my Tinder profile with a one sentence bio and hook up with average looking or better girls every single week, and I have a pretty average face.

Even now my girlfriend still tells me how much she loves my arms/shoulders/abs and that she kinda likes how I outlift everyone else at the gym we go to, and admits that the only reason she gave me a shot was because she likes muscles.

tl;dr if you have a top tier body and you show it off occasionally, girls will notice. Now you just have to have enough game to get past having your foot in the door.
