That’s good to know. I was running tren and it made me lose sleep, binge ate and depressed, which meant crap workouts. Bad responder i guess. I gained size and strength drastically no doubt but i was left like i could have done a lot better in the end. Figured I’ll stick to just test. And if i do tren again then to go 150mg a week maxIt can get you very far. Programming, consistency, diet, and intensity are usually leaving a lot more on the table for people gains wise than what gear they use. A lot of people use more gear as a crutch to cover up the other areas that are lacking.
Depends on what your goals are/where you are at.I agree with Trenstorm. You get lots of opinions here which is great and all, but there are so many guys on this board who run 2+grams a week on a blast, and it’s just completely unnecessary and irresponsible. If they want to increase the risk for LVH then there’s nothing we can do to stop it.
But yeah to answer the question, you can go very very far with a tight diet, good periodization, and appropriate intensity with test only
I would never want to look like that. More like Henry cavill from MoS or The Witcher. My diet and routine is on point but on tren I just can’t stick to it from side effects and the cravings it gives me.mdwilson2011" pid='74510' dateline='1573478704:

If you’re a professional, or soon to be, bodybuilder 2 grams a week isn’t much. I read somewhere that Kai Greene CRUISES on over 2 grams a week of Test alone, it was somewhere along 3 or 4 grams a week.
Autopsies of bodybuilders have shown extremely elevated test levels upwards of 50,000+, which would put someone pinning 8-10 grams a week.
For the recreational lifter or someone who just wants to look aesthetic? Then yeah, that amount of gear is completely unwarranted and unnecessary.
But if your goal is to be at the pinnacle of bodybuilding or whatever, then you’ve got to outweight the costs vs. Reward.
Those physiques are entirely possible on testosterone alone with good training and an excellent diet. You don’t even need tren for that.thallandchill" pid='74515' dateline='1573486225:
