How long to wait on blood work with test/primo?

Never used primo before, want to figure out how it affects my e2. How many weeks after first pin should be waited to get accurate reading on blood work and how many days/hours after pin should blood be drawn? Do you want a peak or a trough reading

I typically wait 8-10wks for eth/cyp ester, then 48h after pin. I assume you already have your baseline for how your planned test dose changes your e2? Also, if you don't already, make sure you order the ultrasensitive e2 test so you can get an accurate reading.

I'd say 3 weeks for test e, that's the point you should hit peak concentrations. I personally want a peak reading but just be aware of if you're seeing the lowest e2 or the highest e2 you expect and then be consistent on future tests.

I'd wait at least 3 weeks and get your blood drawn on the trough, ie: blood draw on the day you plan to pin (but before you pin), for "worst case"/lowest blood levels. It would also help to know what your peak levels are like to gauge if they fall in-step with eachother but with a pinning frequency of >1 /week I wouldn't worry.

Impressed either way that you're going the e2 measurement route vs. zesty nips vibes route I see so often online.
