How many of you use kratom?

Curious how many of you guys use kratom? If you haven't tried it, DON'T. This shit is garbage. Embarrassed to say, but I have a habit right now of 50g+ per day, and I'll be going cold turkey from it soon. I've quit before and didn't sleep for close to 4 days straight that time around, and that was a much smaller habit. This time I'll be going into it with some tricks up my sleeve for withdrawals/sleep. Definitely stay away from the 7oh tablets if you've heard about those as well, I luckily don't use those. Basically full opioid withdrawal if you're hooked on those.. people have had seizures and everything

Best bet is clean eating, clean living, clean loving and family time for the natural dopamine.

you're buying some shitty kratom then. I get all my kratom from down to earth and it's all clean and high quality. i was taking close to 50g a day and was taking 7oh powder. I only had mild withdrawals when tapering down. kratom is perfectly safe. it's all the gas station junk people are buying that's the problem.

If you have a good source it is. problem is everyone is buying cheap shit in smoke shops and gas stations. I have seen zero evidence or reports of people dying from just kratom alone. it's as safe as weed imo.

Except for the psychological and physical dependence part. That part is not a source issue that is the chemical itself causing a problem. Maybe you anecdotally haven't had any of those problems but I have people in my life directly that have been 100% addicted to it, for one reason or another.

bruh. its not even that bad. my addiction to testosterone is so much worse than the runny nose and sweats i get from withdrawals from kratom. stop the fear mongering bullshit. you're on a steroid fourm buying illegal drugs made by people with no restrictions at all. all of the compounds we can get from the sources here are by far way more toxic and dangerous than a fucking powdered leaf. get a grip on reality buddy.

Kratom is a “dirty drug”, hits a ton of receptors, primarily opioid though, so withdrawals can be just as bad. They don’t need to be on anything else.

It just hasn’t turned on him yet. His tune will change when that happens. Took like 5 years of abuse including a couple years of 60-75gpd for me. It will eventually turn on you just like everyone else.

That stuff is horrible. Took me a month to kick it. The first 72 hours was hell. After that all down hill. I’ll never touch that stuff again.

Memantine low dose 2.5-10mg will take away 75% of the withdrawal for me. Alongside cats claw
I’ve quit from 30GPD for over a year straight multiple times and it’s the easiest way!

If it’s serious I’d do a detox supervised. Especially if you’re worried about seizures. Unless one of your tricks is an atavan or some benzo taper. Be careful, stay clean, fulfill your spiritual gas tank in whatever way you can.

Those of us that have been around long enough can see easily you don’t know what you’re talking about. Great, you found a semi clean brand with less heavy metals. Superb! Users like yourself are the only ones that should be messing with the stuff. You clearly have major self control which is a must with opiate type substances and kratom. I’m all for personal freedoms but kratom is a nasty little demon that has so many people fooled. But most will eventually learn. The hard way too. The longer and harder you play with it the harder it’s gonna be when it turns on you and you are forced to quit.

That said I have tried Kratom before, only twice and it didn’t really do much for me. Maybe a slight calming sensation if anything? I wasn’t impressed

I’m glad my body cannot handle the taste to get addicted because the effects are close to opium feeling with that “red” strain or whatever. With that being said I’ve tried it quite a bit, and every single time it makes me nauseous and I puke my brains out. Literally EVERY time. Until I start puking though, it feels like an opium high.
