How much aromasin

Does anyone have a general protocol of dosage of aromasin when starting on T for the first time.

220lb male/6’3", mid 40’s, 150mg Test E/wk.
Starting labs. Total Test 240 ng/dl, E2 - 19 pg/ml

Should you start off with aromasin, or just run T draw blood after so many weeks and see what E2 looks like?

That’s a TRT level dose so you may not need any. Get bloodwork a couple weeks in to see. I’d have some available in case you get puffy nips or have other signs of high e2.
