Don’t do 250mg per week. All that’s going to do is shut down your natural production of test and replace it equally with synthetic test. I wouldn’t do anything less than 400mg weekly. If you take this advice you’ll need an AI, I recommend Aromasin at 12.5mg on your pin days, starting on your 4th pin(two weeks in). You’ll also need a pct to start on week 14 of a 12 week cycle. I’d do clomid and nolva

Saying he shouldn’t do 250 a week is assuming he doesn’t respond/convert well but he wouldn’t know until he got bloodwork. I’ve seen guys convert decent amounts on just 200 let alone 250. If I took that advice I’d not have gained 35 pounds. I feel better on 350/375 but I started initially on 200 pharma for quite awhile. Weight came on fast but I did throw in some dbol. Difference is that I kept the dbol weight after I got off.

It’s 250mg per 1ml brother. If you’re planning to do 250mg per week of Test E, you’ll pin .5ml ( 125mg of Test E ) every 3 days. If you are going to do 500mg per week, it would be 1ml every 3 days because 1ml = 250mg.
