How often should I inject primo?

I'm gonna run 200 primo E and 400 test E for my first primo cyc. I have ran over 10 cycles in the the past and cruise on 200 trt year round. I was thinking two shots a week. Primo bros is that enough?

The compound doesn’t matter. Ester = frequency. 2 is fine to minimize fluctuations.

for stuff with short esters like tren ace or npp i do everyday
for longer stuff i do atleast 3x a week like test cyp
