Hulkdna.net legit source?

So I placed my first order with hulkdna.net was told via email that my order was shipped and in transit on October 2nd and was also told that it would take 7 days for me to receive my order. Placing the order with hulkdna.net was smooth and payment and order was smooth. Communication was great initially, but I have sent them 4 emails within the last week and half and still have gotten no response. I have not received my package yet and asked for a tracking number via email and no one has responded with that information. At this point I don’t know what to do I have payed already and I feel like I am being ignored by them. If anyone can help me out or give me some type of reassurance that would be awesome. This is also my first post on this forum and am very much a newbie. I still believe in hulkdna.net because I’ve heard great things about them. Just confused on why the email communication suddenly stopped and why I haven’t received my order.

Let me see if I understand you correctly… You are considering ordering from a random source you know nothing about and that no one has vouched for when you are at a place that has verified sources that people are willing to vouch for, has lab tests, is cheaper etc., asking for verification of said random source?

Let me see if I understand you correctly… You are considering ordering from a random source you know nothing about and that no one has vouched for when you are at a place that has verified sources that people are willing to vouch for, has lab tests, is cheaper etc., asking for verification of said random source?
