To those that have run or are running humulin-r in their cycle, what protocol worked best for you? What did you start with, and what have you changed since? How were the gains vs no slin? What are your dosages and macro splits? Pre or post workout? What are your weeks on vs weeks off times? (Obligatory slin is dangerous, make sure you have glucose tabs, soda , glucometer, extra dextrose, not worth it if you’re not competing, etc)
