This isn’t a complaint but I thought that this section would be the best fit for this post. Just wondering if anything’s happened to Han. He’s always very professional and responds to emails within 24 hours. Placed an order with him on March 14 and after after a week (March 21) of not having the order shipped out I emailed him asking if I could get an update on the order and maybe an estimate of when it’ll be shipped out. It has now been 3 more days and haven’t heard anything back from him. Just a reminder this is not a complaint I love the way he does business but just wondering if anyone else is having issues with contacting him right now.

I would just like to share this information for other people reading it that may not post, but I have been a customer of Han for over 4 years. Turnaround times have always been pretty slow, with various levels of communication response times. However my last order he responded immediately with the financial aspects but I waited over seven weeks before I had to reach out multiple times to confirm that I was still going to receive my order. It did finally show up after about eight weeks. For whatever that’s worth to you guys, it seems to be an increasingly common ‘problem’.

For sure. Somehow he responds with payment instructions within 24 hours. After you pay, he “falls behind on emails”.

Wish it wasn’t true, he was my favorite source.

I ordered $700 of stuff May 23rd. Got instructions for payment that same day. Sent first status check email five days ago. Still nothing. I’m going elsewhere. Shame too, was great before.
