Why would your lh or fsh be higher when you are still taking exogenous test? You need to donate blood, also 634 after two weeks doesn’t sound unusual, and it seems you have almost found your ideal cruise dose. Get bloods once you’ve actually stabilized at your new dose and adjust from there.

You are not very clear at what your two week off protocol is.

Does this mean you started on 100mg/week of Test C for the two weeks after your 14 weeks of 550mg/week of Test C? And you were doing these Sub Q?

Your Test levels are a bit on the low side, but because your protocol is so weird (100mg/week sub Q), I wouldn’t worry about it. They aren’t low at all for 2 weeks after stopping your cycle. It’s just the sub Q that should make it a bit higher; but IIRC, sub Q is absorbed slower than IM, so that could be an explanation. Either way, I would either switch to IM (it is so fuckin easy, especially while cruising) and/or get another blood test in 4-6 weeks.

Your LH and FSH levels are predictably low. All that signifies is that you are not creating endogenous Testosterone; because you are injecting Testosterone. Once you start injecting Testosterone, your body stops making Testosterone itself.

You should look into donating blood.

LH, FSH, Hematocrit, and Hemoglobin are not liver or lipid values. AST and ALT are liver values (yours are on the high end of in range), and you didn’t get lipids tested.

Why would you come off and PCT, and what on your blood work do you think would indicate that? The worries with long term BnC are long-term fertility issues and long-term HPTA issues. These are both personal things; I can’t tell you if you should risk being on TRT for the rest of your life or if it is worth it to risk being sterile. You have to make these choices for yourself. From your bloods, donate blood, cruise for 4-6 weeks, get new bloodwork (including lipids), and then it should be clear if you are ready for another blast.

Edit: And were you taking an AI on cycle? Because you probably should have been. Your E2 is a bit high now, but it is probably fine if you aren’t noticing any sides, but I assume it would have been much higher if you were on 550mg/week of Test.
