I need a good AI Protocol

I've seen a little bit of flair up in my nipples. after running Dbol for 4 weeks, I noticed my left nipple get worse. I ordered Arimidex 1mg oral tablets. I was planning on starting with a .5 mg a week dosage (Monday .25mg & Thursday .25mg). after doing more research, Aromisan might be the better supplement to take. I was wondering a good protocol to try out with the arimidex I got. But in general, I was wondering what are some good AI protocols to run on cycle. I'm also going to throw in DIM with my calcium supplements to help with excess estrogen.

The AI protocol and choice of AI compound you run is completely unique to you. There's no set dosage of AI for someone running a set amount of Dbol. It takes experimentation. Start low, and work your way up until the problems subside.

I've never really noticed a big difference between Arimidex and Aromasin personally. I use what I can get my hands on. The dosages are just different.
