Looks like your bank might’ve decline the transaction might have to give them a call to let them know it’s you doing the transaction

Usually there is a period (4-7 days) where you cannot withdraw the crypto after depositing usd as it takes time to process the deposit with your bank and crypto cannot be refunded if the transaction fails. I’m finding it hard to believe there is no delay at al
