IGF-1 LR3 Q's

Female takin, IGF-1 LR3 20iu daily. weight lifting 5 days a week, 20-30 minutes cardio 3 times a week. How long until you see effects? should you anticipate weight gain from water retention? will it increase metabolism?
 
everywhere i have read its 20 MCG (often refrred as IU's) for women and 40-50 MCG for men. even the bottle comes in 1MG... because its 1000MCG.
