Ordered test e and deca from imperial Saturday 1/30. Pretty prompt response time from him, confirmed and sent Bitcoin same day. Did me a solid too offering an additional discount on top of the new customer since TSG dicked me over. He told the pack would ship Monday.
Then dude apparently got hacked, not once but twice. Pack still showed up today 2/6, total 7 day order-to-door. The vials legitimately look like my pharmacy TRT stuff, very professional. Thank you card was a nice touch too. He did accidentally swap the test e 400 I ordered for test e 300. I messaged him about it and he replied almost immediately saying he would re-ship all 4 vials of test at the correct strength.
That’s some fuckin customer service despite getting hacked and sending out packs pro bono since the hackers got some of the BTC. Since he gave me a discount and it’s only a little difference I told him not to sweat it but I appreciated the offer greatly.
5 stars will definitely order from again.
