Recently I lost a lot of money and had a very bad experience with this company it is. [email protected]. Their prices are higher than most yet I dealt with them because they utilized their own (emphasis on their own) remailer. When one first signs up with them they promise fast service and should a package be seized they promised immediate reshipment. These were all lies a couple of weeks ago their remailer was busted in my order was seized along with all the rest. When I asked about a reshipment first I was denied one and then when I reminded them that they have promised to reship if seized they tried to state that was not their fault the remailer got busted. Then I insisted on a reship now they say and have insisted they will only reship when I reorder. Why would I want to reorder with a company that does this to me ? they have cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue and product. How do I know when I replace another order that it would go through they have yet to fulfill my prior order. Instead they jerk me around with one excuse after another and now they are trying to strong-arming into reordering more stuff. Another problem with this company every time you turn around they take a holiday three days here a week there and communication is very poor. I totally recommend if approached by this company to do business, ignore them deny them, do not do it, if you do so I guarantee you will lose money I guarantee you when they have seizures and they will lie to you and screw you over. I have asked for a refund they will not do it I have asked for them to reship my order they will not do it unless I place another large order. I’ve lost my customer because of this and I am just totally out the money. So BEWARE! of this [email protected]
