@Justintime85 I’m off tje l carn now… just because I ran of for 3 months and I def lost some fat retained les water… made me sweat alot…felt better after workouts… I cycled off just to give a break on pinning… I was pinning 1.5ml 2x a day… which is alot… I think 2 mls a day would be good… I really like the Zeus juice and og mix … I’m running g.his glutathione 200mg every night… I’m sitting on 11 vials of his stuff… 20ml and 30ml… his prices are unbeatable… and the quality in my opinion is amazing. Alot of ppl sub q all of his stuff… no pip . I’ll stick with im lol…
