Have had a nagging injury for the last couple of weeks. It’s a pain that feels like it originates in the middle of my upper quad and sometimes extends into my groin area. can’t train legs really as any variation of squatting causes pain and even quad extensions hurt if I go past 30 pounds. Also it feels as if my leg gives out when I walk up stairs and I have to hold onto railing. This is only in my right leg. Any ideas as to what it could be? I was thinking weakness in either the hip flexors or glutes.
