Hey!
Check with your local Walmart pharmacy, they sell $25 novolog! Some states have restrictions.
With that being said, the only thing keeping most insulins from being available OTC is patents, and manufacturer restrictions.
There are multiple types of two-wave quick/medium half life blends available for OTC purchase. Ask a local pharmacist at Walgreens or CVS. These insulins will run you $120-$240 for 1000iu though.
I disagree.there is a lot of misinformation in this post
You can buy 2 types of insulin otc, except in Indiana iirc. R and nph are both synthetic human insulin. They are not 2 wave as they both have a single peak.
The rest are considered analogs and Rx due to the fda not the manufacturers or patents.
That being said, if you don’t know what you are doing you can end up in bad situations.
What I'm referring to is know as "onset" and "peak duration"there is a lot of misinformation in this post

Are you familiar with insulin metabolism? Your probably benefit from studying a little bit before calling my post "misinformation"Worst case scenario, go to your local pharmacy and pay full price.
But there are sources here, too.
I disagree.
Have you ever considered that things may be different than what you think?
There are multiple brands of different insulin for sale that have distinctly different manufacturer guidelines for production and are available over the counter, from Walgreens alone.
Two of them are insulin mixes of TWO different types of insulin with different half lives.
Please consider this an educational posting. What I've posted is the real life reality of my current event. Everything I've posted is true.
I've found this insulin to be incredibly potent and effective at gaining weight. I put on a nice quick sloppy ten pounds with a shit diet and protein apple juice concentrate sludge, utilizing as many units as I could possibly handle in 20-30iu shots. Worked great and didn't have to worry about the hormone stability being it's right there in the fridge at Walmart and not in the mail or wherever else. For ease of acquisition I use the 70/30 novolin from Walmart. FOR 25 bucks you can't beat it. Just time your nutrition accordingly.
I just match my IUs to my daily carb intake, currently 730g carbs. I do 1iu per every 20g carbs, which is ROUGHLY 35iu a day. And I split the dose in 2/3 of it in the morning and another 1/3 in the afternoon for relatively even coverage.I've found this insulin to be incredibly potent and effective at gaining weight. Lol.
For disclaimer purposes, I think using 3-8iu is best and higher amounts should be administered in those incremental values.
Lantus is a favourite of many. 20hr active window I believe, so super convenient.I just match my IUs to my daily carb intake, currently 730g carbs. I monitor my blood glucose to make sure my fasting blood glucose and between meal glucose is in acceptable ranges. And if I need to push more insulin I will increase slightly.
I also add berberine 1500mg daily, 500mg 3x a day.
Works great doing it this way. And as long as my nutrition is kept the same every day timing wise everything works out okay. Lantus would be better but it's been a pain to source reliably.
Anabolics are just 525mg test e and 560mg mast e at the moment. I WAS using 10iu a day of orange top opti hgh but the water retention was awful with swollen ankles etc. Even with 25mg hctz daily it was just took much. So I cut the HGH till I order some more opti blacks or Grey's or the new source kits4less generics. I'm just giving myself a break from the hgh at the moment.Lantus is a favourite of many. 20hr active window I believe, so super convenient.
That seems like a good protocol, nice. Very carb heavy diet. I bet the pumps are great. What kind of anabolics are you running alongside? Any GH?
That sounds like a really solid stack.Anabolics are just 525mg test e and 560mg mast e at the moment. Either way I start a maintenance phase once the holidays are over and I bring my calories way down. This is all for post show rebound to make the most of what's arguably the most anabolic time period of the year.
I actually ran the same stack for contest prep except for 140mg tren e and much less test. But yeah masteron is my go to anabolic because it's so mild and effective. That sounds like a really solid stack.
I love test and masteron. Really great synergy. A nice break too from heavy androgens like tren and other show prep or meet prep androgen protocols. Masteron always provides a nice clean and steady growth pathway.
I've never tried the orange tops. Those are supposedly double dosed vials right? I've tried optis grey tops before and they were phenomenal. Huge growth output, nice balance of bloated weight gain and dry mutation. Great combo for a gym PowerBuilder. 2-3ius a day is always nicer and definitely the way to start growth, but I like the pulsing theory better. 10ius per day until side effects arise then take a short break. Helped me break into new territory last summer. Perhaps not the safest method, but it certainly works.
