well fraud or not I did send my gear to a legitimate lab in my area that does the same type of testing. It was different from his values as his values seem to always just be whats o the bottle. but they were very close. my test was 257 instead of 250 and my eq was 260 instead of 300 while his test was 300. Judging by his appearance on other forums and my own experience I would say he's a fake. If you believe jano to be fake send your gear to a local lab who will accept it for the exact same type of test he says he uses for harm reduction and note differences. The higherups wont accept your results as they will only accept verified hplc of which there are none other than jano, they will then want to email them or call the lab if they do and ultimately they will refuse results so its really only good for your own uses. However real gear is sold by the sources although its not always correctly dosed. Which youd think they would know since supposedly they test each batch with jano. Whenever I have messaged they just blame the raws so someones lying. Usually I just dose up a bit. sucks that you have to inject more oil tho. A lot of forums seem to use jano for some reason.

I've sent 5 or 6 blind samples this year, all were identified as what I sent. And the sources are trustworthy and get testing regularly as well. I can't change what jano did in the past, but he's trustworthy now imo.

There's no way to perfectly trust anyone in the world, so it's fair to harbor doubt.

I've sent four things to him. Three were actual samples of things I'd bought, and a fourth was a compound I purchased from Sigma-Aldrich and have characterized myself, which I use as an internal analytical standard in my own work. His blind analysis of that compound got the identity and quantity bang on.

Again, that's not a perfect guarantee of trust on every analysis, but it's hard to imagine a better test.

I know some of the history, but I'd also guess that he realizes the place he holds in the community at this point in a way that may not have been apparent at that time. He's done a very good job of debunking common excuses for shitty gear -- shaking a vial kills peptides, what a fucking sham. Everyone fucks up, and he'll probably make a mistake again, but we're stuck with trusting someone unless we want to screen all of our drugs ourselves. I'm not doing that.

If he asks you to identify what you send him then I wouldn’t trust him

But he literally does it blind.. u send him any kind of oil as long as it’s a known AAS and he will test it not knowing what it is

Yeah, I've sent shit to Jano, I'm aware. OP said "his values seem to always just be whats o the bottle" which implies that he just sent him the original vial instead of putting it in a 2ml sterile first.

I found that curious, too. I would bet he does that when someone pays for identification/purity testing only, rather than ID + quantification. Or maybe someone's value came bang-on the label's stated value and he just reported it. However, I never sent him anything with a concentration printed on a label, so I wouldn't really know.

Yeah I would have thought blind testing would be a no brainer for people sending samples but I guess it takes all sorts. I will say I sometimes have access to a university facility and when I've had the opportunity to test things there, they came back within the standard variance of what Jano reported on the same batch, which is good enough for me.
